This will allow you to keep your communication and schedule separate from your other non-business related email. As part of FarrierServ Google Workspace I as administrator will be able to access and respond to your email and manage your calendar/schedule.
By having your appointments set up in Google Calendar you will be able to see and edit from your phone your upcoming appointments.
By also having the locations for your appointments in Google Calendar you will also be able to select on the appointment and instantly have directions to your destination with ETA.
FarrierServ YouCanBookMe (YCBM) Account - ($20/month (required)
By integrating your personal YCBM account you will be able to have your schedule automated to schedule appointments with your clients either directly or through FarrierServ. Depending on your preferences you can:
Show your schedule to clients
Give access to your clients to set up their own appointments or direct them to FarrierServ to set up an appointment for them based on your location and anticipated time required for your service
Send automated email & SMS to confirm appointments
Send automated appointment reminders via email and SMS
Send automated email and SMS follow-up messages
